ये उपयोग की शर्तें एवं नियम (“नियम”) जनसंदेश टाइम्स, उसकी वेबसाइट, ई-पेपर, मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन, सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म, डिजिटल सेवाओं एवं अन्य संबद्ध सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करते हैं। वेबसाइट अथवा किसी भी सेवा का उपयोग करके उपयोगकर्ता इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से सहमत माना जाएगा।

• वितरण
• व्यावसायिक उपयोग
• संशोधन
पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित होगा।
3.3 कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन की स्थिति में संस्था विधिक कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ कर सकती है।
4. निषिद्ध गतिविधियाँ
उपयोगकर्ता निम्नलिखित कार्य नहीं करेगा—
(क) वेबसाइट की सुरक्षा प्रणाली को प्रभावित करना।
(ख) हैकिंग, डेटा चोरी या अनधिकृत प्रवेश का प्रयास करना।
(ग) वायरस, मैलवेयर अथवा दुर्भावनापूर्ण कोड अपलोड करना।
(घ) भ्रामक, मानहानिकारक, अश्लील अथवा अवैध सामग्री प्रकाशित करना।
(ङ) फर्जी पहचान का उपयोग करना।
(च) स्पैमिंग या अवांछित संदेश भेजना।
(छ) वेबसाइट के सामान्य संचालन में बाधा उत्पन्न करना।
5. कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) एवं डेटा स्क्रैपिंग प्रतिबंध
5.1 जनसंदेश टाइम्स की सामग्री का उपयोग किसी भी कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (Artificial Intelligence), मशीन लर्निंग, लार्ज लैंग्वेज मॉडल (LLM), डेटा सेट निर्माण अथवा स्वचालित विश्लेषण प्रणाली के प्रशिक्षण हेतु बिना पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के नहीं किया जा सकता।

6.3 जनसंदेश टाइम्स को किसी भी सामग्री को संपादित, संशोधित, हटाने अथवा प्रकाशित न करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा।
7. समाचार अस्वीकरण (News Disclaimer)
7.1 जनसंदेश टाइम्स समाचारों की शुद्धता एवं विश्वसनीयता बनाए रखने का हरसंभव प्रयास करता है।
7.2 तथापि प्रकाशित समाचारों, लेखों, विचारों अथवा सूचनाओं की पूर्ण सटीकता, पूर्णता अथवा अद्यतनता की गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।

9. सदस्यता एवं ई-पेपर
9.1 ई-पेपर अथवा अन्य प्रीमियम सेवाओं के लिए सदस्यता आवश्यक हो सकती है।
9.2 सदस्यता शुल्क (यदि लागू हो) अग्रिम देय होगा।
9.3 सदस्यता व्यक्तिगत उपयोग हेतु होगी एवं हस्तांतरणीय नहीं होगी।
9.4 ई-पेपर अथवा पीडीएफ की अनधिकृत प्रतिलिपि बनाना, साझा करना अथवा पुनर्वितरण करना प्रतिबंधित होगा।
10. तृतीय पक्ष वेबसाइटें
10.1 वेबसाइट पर तृतीय पक्ष वेबसाइटों के लिंक उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।
10.2 जनसंदेश टाइम्स उन वेबसाइटों की सामग्री, सेवाओं अथवा नीतियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
10.3 उपयोगकर्ता ऐसे लिंक का उपयोग अपने जोखिम पर करेगा।
11. दायित्व की सीमा (Limitation of Liability)

12. क्षतिपूर्ति (Indemnity) उपयोगकर्ता सहमत है कि उसके द्वारा इन नियमों के उल्लंघन, कानून के उल्लंघन अथवा तृतीय पक्ष के अधिकारों के हनन से उत्पन्न किसी भी दावे, क्षति, हानि, व्यय या कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिए वह स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा तथा जनसंदेश टाइम्स को क्षतिपूर्ति प्रदान करेगा।
13. अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियाँ (Force Majeure) प्राकृतिक आपदा, युद्ध, आतंकवादी घटना, महामारी, सरकारी प्रतिबंध, तकनीकी विफलता, इंटरनेट बाधा, साइबर हमला अथवा अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण सेवा बाधित होने पर जनसंदेश टाइम्स उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
14. सेवा का निलंबन या समाप्ति जनसंदेश टाइम्स किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता की सेवा अथवा पहुंच को बिना पूर्व सूचना के निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकता है यदि उपयोगकर्ता इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करता पाया जाता है।
15. विवाद निवारण एवं मध्यस्थता
15.1 किसी विवाद की स्थिति में पक्षकार पहले आपसी बातचीत द्वारा समाधान का प्रयास करेंगे।
15.2 समाधान न होने पर विवाद भारतीय मध्यस्थता एवं सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 के अनुसार एकल मध्यस्थ (Sole Arbitrator) को संदर्भित किया जाएगा।
15.3 मध्यस्थता का स्थान लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश होगा।
15.4 मध्यस्थता का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
16. लागू कानून एवं क्षेत्राधिकार
इन नियमों पर भारत के कानून लागू होंगे।
मध्यस्थता प्रावधान के अधीन रहते हुए सभी विवादों पर केवल हेड ऑफिस वाराणसी, उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित सक्षम न्यायालयों का विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
17. संशोधन का अधिकार
जनसंदेश टाइम्स को किसी भी समय इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में संशोधन, परिवर्तन अथवा अद्यतन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा।

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration provisions herein, the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
17. RIGHT TO MODIFY
Jansandesh Times reserves the right to amend, revise, update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
